The Paddock is a large and spacious detached house in a quiet setting, only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Brodick on the Isle of Arran. The house is in the centre of a large, enclosed and private plot. Upon entering the property you have a large hallway with a glass wall directly ahead of you, through which you can see the dining area and beyond to the decking and the large rear garden. The large living room is open plan with the dining space. Beyond the living room there is a large, comfortable conservatory. The kitchen is large and contains everything you could desire when rustling up meals for family and friends. Also on ground level there is a twin room with en-suite shower room and a bunk room with a bunk bed for two people, ideal for children. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a large landing which doubles as a second living area with TV and sofas with a door out onto a balcony.
The decking is reached from the dining room and is an excellent place to relax after adventures around the island. It is a sheltered garden, and very private, so a real asset to your holiday on Arran. The Auchrannie Resort and Spa is a two minute walk away, and has superb swimming and leisure facilities as well as bars and restaurants open to non-residents.
It’s a fantastic holiday house for a large family, or two families, or some friends. You’re close to shops, bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as the beach and golf club in Brodick. You can reach all corners of the island easily from this location, so it serves as an excellent base to make the most out of your time on Arran. Beach 300 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
