Queenscliff, situated in Blackwaterfoot, is a stunning, ground floor apartment with fantastic sea views across Blackwaterfoot Bay and Mull of Kintyre. This coastal property is part of a traditional, red sandstone building which has been renovated into a holiday home, whilst retaining some of the original period features. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and large comfy sofas in the living room, perfect for relaxing in after spending the day exploring the island. The garden at the front of the property is the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the sun while taking in the views.
The apartment is in a central location in Blackwaterfoot, with only a 5-minute walk to access all amenities, such as a butchers, hotel with dining and leisure facilities, a bakery, convenience store, Post Office and a small play park. The long sandy beach, which is just a 2-minute walk, is a great place for families to spend the day, or for keen golfers, there is a golf club adjacent to the beach which also offers tennis courts (at cost) which are open to the public. This property is perfect for families and friends to spend a great holiday on the Isle of Arran. Beach 110 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 275 yards.
