This charming terraced cottage is situated in Lamlash Bay only a few yards from the beach. With stunning views to Holy Island, Poppas Cottage is the ideal location for a family seaside holiday. The island of Arran is always referred to as Scotland in miniature with a landscape of rolling green hills, spectacular sea views and stunning mountain vistas. Arran truly has something for everyone from the impressive Brodick Castle and Gardens, a tour round the Arran Distillery or a visit to the cheese shop and Arran Aromatics.. For the active Arran is hugely popular with cyclists and walkers alike or try your hand at abseiling or kayaking. Wildlife is in abundance, including sunbathing seals and red squirrels, or take a boat trip to see minke whales, dolphins and porpoises. A ferry can be taken from Lochranza to Claonaig to explore the Kintyre Peninsula. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
