Very nice property. Very clean and so many utensils of every kind for every situation. VERY QUIET as only 3 houses in the cul-de-sac. Would highly recommend but only downside for us was the access. It has featured cobble stones up the path and round the side and my wife is disabled and this would put us off returning. I would have them all concreted over with a tidy smooth gradual pathway and this would help everyone I think. Easy for anyone to stumble on cobbled stones and have an accident.

Lovely week stay. Beautiful view of Goatfell through the front window. Nice enclosed garden out the back. Dog friendly was vital too. Super!

Best stay in Arran. Have stayed in other cottages but this is our favourite. Have been twice now and will be back. Just like home from home.

Why is this still called Hartholme as No.5 on the property, just a minor blip’. Really enjoyed our stay with great views and brilliant weather. Very clean and tidy property with everything we needed. The front gate is hanging off and quite hazardous, needs attention. All in all a lovely house.
Reply from agent - Thank you for your feedback. The house was called ‘5 Alma Park’ (based on its address) for several years, then the owners decided that they wanted to go back to its original name of ‘Hartholm’, they haven’t got a sign yet, but I will pass this onto them. The gate has been noted and will be attended to. We are glad you enjoyed your holiday.

Fantastic views from this spotlessly clean and cosy property. Lovely sun trap out back and it is all fenced in, making it dog proof! The bungalow is quite a steep walk up from the town, but well worth it for the views from the lounge and one of the bedrooms. We’ve already booked again for next year, loved it!
