Accommodation description

Gardener’s Cottage is a cosy cottage located along the popular Clauchlands shore road in Lamlash, giving it fantastic sea views across Lamlash Bay and Holy Isle that guests adore. The property has a split level lawned garden to the rear and a patio area at the front which looks straight out to Holy Isle and is south facing, making it an idyllic spot to relax in the sun and take in the Arran views.
Inside the cottage the living room enjoys the beautiful views and, with two comfy sofas, is perfect for relaxing in the evening. There is a dining table in the kitchen for guests to dine together and stairs lead direct from here to the two bedrooms upstairs. There is a double and a twin bedroom both with built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The cottage is attached to the owner’s home but has its own private entrance and parking. Located along the popular Clauchlands shore road in Lamlash, approximately half a mile from the centre of Lamlash where there are shops, bars, restaurants, a cafe, the pier, tennis courts, ladies boutique and a golf club Gardener’s Cottage is an ideal location for families and friends to holiday by the sea.

With electric fire, Freeview TV and DVD player.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and sloping ceilings.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.

Electric storage heaters, electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Front patio with garden furniture. Rear lawned garden with picnic table. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The kitchen/dining room is open to the stairs. There are steps and slopes in the rear garden and the driveway is shared.

Lovely views just stunning, bedrooms lovely and very comfy, bathroom adequate although could have done with more powerful shower. Kitchen well stocked except for wine glasses but that didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves. Would recommend this to friends and family.

We had a lovely time staying in Gardener’s Cottage. The accommodation is small but perfectly formed, with all you need for a great stay. AMAZING VIEW from the garden and front windows over the bay. Easy walk to get to the amenities (pubs, restaurants, shops) of Lamlash, and right on the Arran Coastal path for a walk north into Brodick. We really miss Arran!
