Clachog is a luxurious property located in the centre of Lamlash. The property has been awarded Visit Scotland 5 star for its high standard of furnishings and the facilities it provides. This well-equipped contemporary holiday home is situated in an elevated coastal. Balconies from the living room and the first floor master en-suite bedroom look out over the pier and Lamlash Bay. Guests can enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine watching the sunrise over Holy Isle, the comings and goings of the boatyard and RNLI station, water activities and wildlife, and the many boats that sail into Lamlash. The downstairs bedroom also enjoys views of Holy Isle, Lamlash Bay, whilst the two twin bedrooms on the first floor overlook the rear enclosed garden.
As you would expect from a 5 star property, awarded VisitScotland 5 star for the past 10 years, all the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and a hairdryer. Overlooking the living room, with its feature cathedral ceiling, is an additional quiet seating area. To the rear of the property is a private, enclosed garden with mature trees, wildflowers and the original sandstone rock, which gives it a real natural charm. Located in the centre of Lamlash, the property is not far from shops and bars, and close to excellent restaurants. There is also a children’s play park, tennis courts, golf club, ferries to Holy Isle, putting green and the Coast Trust Visitor Centre. This self-catering property is in the ideal holiday location for families and friends to enjoy beautiful views with the convenience of a central position – all with a touch of 5 star luxury.

Lovely house in stunning setting. We saw seals, basking sharks and an otter from the window. The house is very well equipped with plenty of everything. The wood burner is very warm but may need to be careful with children/elderly adults as there is no guard. We would certainly recommend this house and hope to use again.

We chose Driftwood primarily as it was large enough for the family and in the pretty village of Corrie. The house and garden are lovely and the beach is an adventure playground for all ages.

A very nice property and plenty big enough for our needs, plus it was not too far from the shops so that we could pick up our shopping. The beach was great for the children to have rock-pool explorations, they loved them!
