Set along the main coastal road as you head out of Lamlash and towards Whiting Bay, this semi-detached property sits in an elevated position, allowing the full view of the bay to be enjoyed. The large garden is the perfect place to enjoy drinks in the sun and enjoy the views. Inside the property a wood burner provides a cosy atmosphere for relaxing in the living room, making this home ideal for winter breaks. Two of the three bedrooms have the lovely views of the bay to wake up to, which is just what Arran is all about.
Just 1 mile down into Lamlash there are plenty of amenities for guests, including bars, restaurants, a café, shops, a children’s play park, tennis courts, a putting green, a beach, a golf club and a pier. From the pier a boat takes regular trips to the Holy Isle during the summer months, where you can enjoy a walk that goes to the top of the island. A few miles in the other direction from the property is the village of Whiting Bay, which also has a beach, a children’s play park, a golf club, a bar, a restaurant, a convenience store, a putting green, a coffee shop and a pier. With these amenities close by, families will have plenty to enjoy any time of the year whether for a summer holiday or winter break. Caledonia is also perfect for a weekend break. Beach 1 mile.
