Bedroom 4: Open to landing with double bed, single bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and sloping ceiling.

Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Front enclosed lawned garden with decking. Rear lawned garden. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps to the decking. This property has a security deposit of £250.

Berwyn is a contemporary, self catering bungalow, boasting stunning sea views towards the mountains and Goatfell. The living/dining room has picturesque views of Goatfell, and patio doors lead out to the front decking where you can enjoy a barbecue. There’s also useful space in the utility room for the storage of boots and golf clubs. The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor with just one of the bedrooms within the converted loft space where the skylight windows afford spectacular sea and mountain views. It is great as a double room or for children using separate beds. Located in the Strathwhilian area of Brodick and with comfortable accommodation it is the ideal base for a family holiday on Arran and makes a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the area. Brodick is the main village on the island and it’s just a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants, a beach, play park and golf club.

A fantastic house with spectacular views of Goatfell and Brodick Castle. Every requirement is catered for in a well furnished and equipped house. We have just returned from our third holiday staying in Berwyn – enough said!

A beautiful fully equipped house. Stunning views, tranquil. Great to recharge the batteries. The house is only a short walk from the main hub of Brodick and not far from Lamlash. Darker curtains in the master room would go down a treat. Love Arran and loved Berwyn we will certainly be down again.

Lovely house, great position with views over Brodick Bay and Goatfell. The property is well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and visited all the island returning to Berwyn to relax and take in the views whilst sitting on the decking. We hope to return.

We had a very pleasant stay in Berwyn over New Year. Its location is perfect for accessing all that is available in Brodick and the views from the front room are stunning. I would agree with the guest above regarding the curtains in the master bedroom and I would also say that both the bathrooms could do with an overhaul, in particular, the showers.

This is our family’s second time at Berwyn, and it was fantastic. The views are amazing and the home is bright and comfortable! We loved the new sofas and chair! We would own this home if we could!!
