Very snug and comfortable cottage in a good location. Putting your car on the drive is not recommended – the kerb needs to be dropped and the pavement tarmaced! (However, parking on the road is fine). A few little niggles quickly sorted out – although new washers on taps all round probably needed. We enjoyed our stay despite the rain! We are used to that and would certainly consider this cottage again.

Very nice cottage – very clean, and great location on Arran. No problems, the agency was great to deal with and would definitely stay again.

Very pleased with this cottage and the service from the Arran team. We had an unfortunate overflow with the en-suite shower, but it was quickly remedied. It’s in a great location – close to the front, the shops and just a few minutes drive from Brodick. One thing – when following the directions, the “turn left at the phonebox” threw us as the phone box can’t be seen from the road until you’re right on top of it – keep your eyes peeled! Went with my wife and 2 kids ( 16 and 9 ). We’ll be back for sure…

Just home from a lovely week. The cottage was excellent. Very clean, comfortable and cosy. Ideal location for walking into the village and right at the beach. I agree with the comment about not being able to see the phone box until the last moment. We had no problem with the drive. Will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay at this cottage which is clean, comfortable and in a peaceful location. Plenty of nice places to eat out at along the road in Lamlash, but kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The stone driveway is probably a bit of a trip risk and not great for driving onto. Will be back!

Lovely cottage, very central for restaurants, etc. The only downside to the cottage are lack of electrical sockets, especially upstairs. I had to buy an extension for my hair dryer! Also had to buy a slip mat for the shower, but I am coming back next year, despite the weather!

We returned from a wonderful week staying at this comfy cottage with our 11 year old son and Lola. The cottage is clean, cosy and comfortable with everything we needed for a peaceful week on our favourite island. The location of the cottage was brilliant allowing for ease of access to the beach, shops and pubs. We have rented properties via the Arran Team before and were as usual impressed by their excellent service. Thank you.

This is a lovely cottage, clean, comfortable, reasonably well equipped and great location. We were very lucky with the weather – only snow and hail when we were indoors. Have been to Arran a few times and will be back. Highlights for us as a trip to the Holy Isle and cycling the three biggest hills in one day – a visit to the Velo cafe recommended.
