Alltan is a large and spacious property which has been furnished to a very good standard, providing a fantastic base for a holiday on Arran. It is located along the bank of the Cloy Water just off the main road in Brodick in a quiet residential area where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, yet still be in walking distance to all amenities in Brodick. With two separate living areas, a balcony from the living room and a large garden which makes a great space for the kids to play or just relax in and enjoy the sound of the Cloy Water running along the back of the house. Three of the four bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and one of them is on the ground floor which is ideal for guests with limited mobility. The snug offers additional sleeping and is ideal for children. The garage is good for storing bikes or outdoor gear, and as a space for the kids to play on a rainy day.

This self-catering home on Arran is a great place for families and friends to get together and enjoy all that Arran has to offer. Within walking distance of the Auchrannie Resort, children’s play park, golf club, Ormidale Pavilion, beach, post office, shops, bars and restaurant.

We have been visiting Arran for 28 years and this is the best family house we have rented. There is everything you need and more! It is light, airy and beautifully furnished.The bedding and towels are colour co-ordinated and lovely.The kitchen has everything you need. It is like staying in a beautiful hotel. The grandchildren thought it was wonderful, not only a garden to play in but also a double garage, equipped with various children’s toys. Could not have asked for more. Will definitely stay again.
Well done to the new owners. You have definitely thought of everything.

We have stayed in numerous houses on Arran over the years and Alltan is certainly among the best. The photos really don’t do the house justice at all, it is well furnished and so much larger than you would expect. The garden is beautiful and I loved the balcony with BBQ – a great place to enjoy the evening. The location was quiet but so close to everything. Whilst there were only two of us plus the dog this house would be fantastic for large groups. I wish the new owners well with their holiday home and will certainly stay again soon.

We were late booking our holiday at Easter and we were all thrilled when you allowed us to book Monday to Sunday. We all love this house and will try and book earlier for next year, as all 10 of us want to come again to this beautiful holiday home, which, as last year, has everything and more. We also had good weather again but each evening we lit the log burner - lovely and cosy!
