1 Hamilton Terrace in Lamlash is a cosy cottage, furnished to a very good standard, which sits in the centre of the village. This coastal property is situated at the end of the pretty ‘A’ listed row of cottages, where guests can enjoy sea views across the bay. The central location allows guests to access all amenities on foot. Lamlash offers shops, bars, restaurants, a beach, a golf club, tennis courts, a children’s play park and a pier. The property is also on the bus route, making exploring the island easy. For quieter days, an enclosed patio area to the side of the house is a lovely spot for guests to enjoy reading a book or relaxing in the sun with a glass of wine. This is the only property on this row to have this unique feature. After a day’s activities, the living room is inviting with comfy sofas and a wood burner, making it the perfect place for evenings in, especially in the winter months.
