Full Property Management – An all year round service
April to Oct – our focus is your guests and the housekeeping
- Meet and greet your guests followed by courtesy call
- Available on the island 7 days a week for your guests
- On hand maintenance services. Reactive maintenance carried out to ensure your property is kept up to standard. We will prioritise where an issue effects a rental or holiday guest.
- Arrange a housekeeper and manage the changeovers to ensure the property is ready and up to standard for guests. The housekeeper gets a separate fee for the changeover.
- Administer a security bond
- Continual review of guest feedback
Nov to March – ensure your property is well protected through the winter months
- Monitor and adjust heating when required – this is a condition of insurance companies during unoccupied periods in the winter.
- Fortnightly property checks plus additional inspections following severe weather conditions
- Full property check reports provided on each visit
- Gas and oil checks
- Access to our maintenance services for any property upgrades/repairs
- Property preparations for the season ahead including spring clean, PAT testing, fire risk assessment, information folder updates
- Christmas and New Year property preparations for festive bookings, such as arranging putting up Christmas tree, lights on for guests and heating adjusted accordingly
