Property Checks
Our property check service is available to anyone on the island whether it is a holiday home, residential home, B&B or Guest House. You can choose to have the service all year round, throughout the winter months or for a shorter period of time if you go away on holiday.
Our property check service includes:
- Checking your property once a week inside and out and completing a property check report on all areas checked.
- Carry out any reactive maintenance required to ensure the upkeep of your property (an additional cost may apply depending on what was done). We will contact you regarding any issues.
- Additional post storm checks following severe weather conditions.
This service is aimed at giving you complete peace of mind that your property is being looked after in your absence (especially during the winter months) and that any immediate issues are being dealt with.
Please note that this service is automatically included in our Full Property Management package.
