Key Holding
We can provide keyholding services to both non rentals and rented accommodation.
We have a secure, state of the art keyholding facility where all keys are given a number to ensure there is no connection to the property incase they are lost.
With the keyholding service we can offer:
- All year round secure authorised access for trades, utilities, deliveries etc.
- We can hand out keys to your guests and track their return
- Peace of mind that no keys will be handed out without owners prior authorisation
